OK, I really hate RuneScape, and these are my arguments:
- Graphics: Suck
- RuneScape HD: WOW OMG now you pray to someone before you die (?!)
- What the hell at Rune Scimitar, or Rune Axe. Runes are an ancient writing thingy, not an element to build stuff with!
- The name, commonly seen as Rune-Scape, needs to be seen like Run-Escape. What a cowards!
- You need to WALK to other cities, which takes ours.
- Except, if you’re, off course, good. But that’s not good for the newbs, they have to walk all the way and then they see someone TELEPORTING. Isn’t that discouraging?
- Membership!
- 90% of the map is member-only (OK, not really… But a LOT!)
- 90% of the weapons/clothing are member-only (OK, still a LOT!)
- A month of membership costs athe same as a year of hosting a WordPress domain!
- Games that give you more and better stuff for money suck anyway.
- Why, tell me, WHY can’t I kill cows?
- And other players?
Now, I hope I convinced you: Go play some really good RPG, like Oblivion or FallOut3. Or WoW, if you’re really desperate to play online. (Or go play a good old RTS, which I love the most. Like StarCraft, WarCraft or Red Alert)
